I visited the Toshiba Copier drivers website and found that Windows 7 compatible drivers aren’t available for the e-STUDIO45 model.

For now, I’d suggest you to download the Windows Vista drivers and install the same in Vista compatibility mode on Windows 7.

3. Under Compatibilty mode, check the “Run this program in compatibility mode for:” option.
