My idiot IT person who doesn't get that I don't need a million fancy functions installed it on my computer and I got the blue screen of death (configuration) a million times. So i had to upgrade it to a 'problem free' verson of Microsoft 7, and because of that Microsoft 7 should've been free.

Everytime I open ViMicroCam - it opens up the desk top in new windows infinitaly until I click to close the program. Excuse me? Why can't I just simply use a function that was installed on my laptop? Why does something soooo simple be made into such a hassle? Unless our techies walked right out of the special olympics.
