I searched on the Epson website and found the printer under Drivers & Downloads, but it said “Windows 10 drivers for this product are installed automatically when you power-on and connect your printer to your Windows 10 computer.” Big help.

- Aug 20, 2018 Fantastic little printer and I want to keep using it. I've managed to install all the drivers for it except one. When I try to print on a dvd/cd, I get thge message 'The EPSON printer driver dealing with CD printing is not installed'.I've been all over the internet but all I've found was a newer version of the Print CD programma that gives me the same message.

1. In Device manager I found “EPSONStylus C88” with a question mark by it under “Other devices.”
I right clicked and selected “update driver software.” I got an error message:

2. Then in Device manager again I uninstalled the Epson Stylus C88 (M) driver. I rebooted the computer and “EPSONStylus C88” was back under “Other devices.” I installed the driver but got the same error message as above.

I found Epson Stylus C88 and clicked on “Windows Update.” The screen said: “Windows is updating the list of printers. This might take a few minutes.” After a few minutes is said: “no device found”

I found lots of sites for Hardware ID “USBPRINTEPSONStylus_C885E4D” and “EPSONStylus_C885E4D,” but wouldn't trust any of them.

I have an Epson Stylus Photo RX680 and WinXP SP2. I have lost the CD-ROM which came with the printer and I need to re-install it (and ALL software for it) because I installed a brand new HD.So, I went to epson.com and downloaded: 1) Printer Driver v6.5ca, 2) Epson Print CD v2.0, and 3) Epson EasyPrint v3.1 . I installed all three in that order using an Admin account. But when I try to print (using Admin) to a printable CD using Epson Print CD, I get the error shown in the attached file. Each one of the three installers reported a successful install at its conclusion, so what could be wrong?
